"Good Morning I am sending this email to congratulate Timberline on, not only a great product, but the after sales service. We recently had a few problems with a soft closing vanity drawer runner – which is over 5 years old.  I first contacted the Timberline office in Armidale (Beatrix) and was advised that new drawer runners would be sent out through the local plumbing store. The runners arrived in 2 x days! We replaced the runners but then had trouble fitting the drawer.  I contacted the local plumbing store and they organized for Timberline to help us with the fitting of the drawer. Don Scott from Timberline contacted me and explained how to fit the drawer.  We tried that evening and as Don had given us his mobile number we contacted him – after hours – and he tried to help us again. Your service has been outstanding, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP.I will definitely recommend Timberline products … congratulations again you are amazing."
